Scotch Infused Honey is our newest addition to our spirits x honey line up! This new blend combines Highland Park 12 single malt Scotch with our wildflower honey and evokes subtle flavor notes of oak, lemon, vanilla, orange and a hint of clove.

- Smear over fresh bread or pita crackers
-Stir in with sautéed vegetable, bean or rice dishes
- Brush onto pan-seared chicken, cast-iron pork chop, or roasted lamb

- Spoon into a cup of tea or a fruit smoothie
- Spread on top of pancakes, waffles, or sugar cookies
- Use as a light drizzle over a chopped fruit salad
