Returns and refunds are given on a case by case basis.

If you are not completely satisfied and there is damage to the product due to delivery process, we will gladly accept merchandise returns within 15 day of purchase. This is for both in-store and online purchases.

There are exceptions to our return policy. For example, discounted items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.  Free returns in-store only. Contiguous U.S. only. 

Please note: Items being refunded must be in their original delivered condition or evidence must be provided to support any items to be replaced. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Additional shipping fees may be applied to existing orders for additional products added to the original order.
