Our Special Blend honey in a simple glass jar. This honey is made from a blend of Appalachian Mountain Honey and Sourwood. It includes nectar from most all the blooms in the Appalachian Mountians. This local honey is truly special. Enjoy:)

Voted as "Fan Favorite" each year since 2010, our Whipped Honey with Cinnamon is loved by all. We use smooth Korinje cinnamon to create a spread willing to take on maple syrup in a head-to-head battle for breakfast. Robust, aromatic, earthy and warm.
- Add as a topping granola, yogurt, and fruit parfaits
- Mix in with homemade ice cream
- Blend into a banana, spinach, and coconut smoothie
- Use as a glaze on baked apples, pears, pork chops, salmon, or turkey
- Drizzle over pound cake, vanilla ice cream, or biscuits

Scotch Infused Honey is our newest addition to our spirits x honey line up! This new blend combines Highland Park 12 single malt Scotch with our wildflower honey and evokes subtle flavor notes of oak, lemon, vanilla, orange and a hint of clove.
- Smear over fresh bread or pita crackers
-Stir in with sautéed vegetable, bean or rice dishes
- Brush onto pan-seared chicken, cast-iron pork chop, or roasted lamb
