Our lavender infused honey is a combination of our local Appalachian Mountain honey combined with organic dried lavender flowers. Given time the honey takes on a hint of the lavender flavor for a delightfully earthy spin on an already near perfect product
This natural honey was created for the enjoyment of our Tex-Mex and tequila friends. It carries a great 1-2-3 kick! Heat, sweet, and a "is the barn on fire?" smoky flavor. You can only get this from real red and black chipotle peppers.
This delectable honey has a smooth, almost buttery, feel and is a perfect complement to its liquid honey twin.
Crepe Myrtle is a light amber well balanced honey with a more traditional taste.
Early Autumn Amber is our darkest variety from Goldenrod, Morning Glory, Purple Astor
& Ragweed. Often used as a tastier & healthier substitute for Molasses.
