Fogwood Food

We are small hobby farmers in rural North Carolina. We grow Shiitake mushrooms, asparagus, ginger, blueberries, and other various produce items in small quantities to sell. Fogwood Food is a proud member of Got to Be NC !

Our value-added products include small batch specialty jams, jellies, and syrups—all made with local fruits—as well as dehydrated Shiitake mushroom products.

Healthy Cooking and food safety are important to us. Brenda is available to teach individuals or groups about quick, easy cooking with fresh foods; food preservation; and ServSafe instruction or test proctoring.
