Carolina Pickle Company

We are Donnie and Christian Mills, a husband and wife team living and working on our farm in eastern North Carolina.  Donnie is the head farmer, who decided he wanted to take the family farm in a different direction and grow produce as opposed to crops like soybeans and corn.  Christian is the head pickler and jam / jelly maker, who wanted to use some old family pickle and jam and jelly recipes and add a modern twist. 

The stars aligned, and the idea of Carolina Pickle Company, Inc., was born in 2021 and formally  incorporated in 2022.  We are living life on our piece of heaven raising our children on our crazy, busy farm.
